Organismos de Certificación Aprobados

La lista que aparece en la Tabla 1 muestra todos los Organismos de Certificación que han recibido la acreditación completa de la Guía ISO 65 (EN 45011) para el ámbito de Frutas y Hortalizas de EurepGAP y que además cuentan con la total aprobación para realizar actividades de Certificación EurepGAP para dicho ámbito. Las Certificadoras Acreditadas son las únicas habilitadas para hacer uso del logotipo EurepGAP tanto en sus certificados como en su material promocional, así mismo podrán autorizar a los productores hacer uso del mismo,siempre y cuando se respete el acuerdo de certificación firmado entre ambas partes. TODOS LOS ORGANISMOS DE CERTIFICACION DETALLADOS EN LA TABLA 2 PUEDEN EMITIR CERTIFICADOS NO-ACREDITADOS QUE SERAN ACEPTADOS POR LOS MIEMBROS DE EUREPGAP.

Se le concede a cada aspirante un plazo de seis meses para completar la acreditación requerida, periodo en el cual deberá emitir sólo certificados no-acreditados a modo de ejercicio práctico. Los certificados no-acreditados también serán aceptados en las comunicaciones entre empresas. Únicamente las Certificadoras Acreditadas podrán hacer uso del Logotipo de EurepGAP en sus certificados y en su material promocional. EurepGAP ya ha retirado de la lista varios Organismos de Certificación, y continuará haciéndolo con el fin de mantener la integridad del sistema. Se fomenta a las Certificadoras obtener la acreditación relevante lo más pronto posible y a no emitir demasiados certificados no-acreditados, ya que puede darse el casoque la Certificadora sea retirada de la lista por ejemplo, por desaprobar en el procedimiento de acreditación, en este caso el propietario del certificado, el productor o la organización de productores, deberá transferir el contrato a otra certificadora acreditada, y ésta tendrá que realizar inspecciones y actividades de certificación adicionales para mantener la validez del estado de certificación del productor.

*Accreditation issued by an AB that has signed the MLA within the ISO Guide 62 or Laboratory area and that is involved in the development of an IAF methodology and criteria for peer assessment on ISO Guide 65 (product Certification). The EUREPGAP TSC will accept accreditations issued by: ANSI, INMETRO (Brazil), JAS-ANZ (NZ/AUS), SANAS (RSA) and EMA (Mexico) until this MLA is in force and signed.
